Last club night of 2024. A special night as Open Ground celebrates its first year with our four resident DJs. FREIFELD: Fadi Mohem Tasha ANNEX: Elke Josey Rebelle Fadi Mohem: With his deep roots in Berlin's techno scene Fadi delivers pulsating sets that push the boundaries. Effortlessly weaving tension and release. Influenced by early Detroit techno and Berlin dub techno, drum'n'bass and idm, expect to hear it all within his sets. Tasha’s DJing style matches the textured background of her influences and has developed into a master-flow of form – weaving tunes together seamlessly from her bass-informed home of the UK, alongside 4×4 techno forms, broken beat, or straight up D&B rollers. It should be noted that Tasha is pretty much one of the only DJ’s who has built their career separately in both drum & bass and techno, she cannot be pigeonholed into genre conformities. Elke : Known for her eclectic selections that seamlessly blend through playful electro, garage, and jungle or via percussive techno, bassy rollers, and stone-cold drumfunk. Josey Rebelle: A master of genre-defying mixes, Josey's sets are a journey through the spectrum of music.With no social media presence, Josey has worked hard over the years to build a reputation based on selection, passion and authenticity, to separate herself from the noise and arrive at a place where nothing more is required than the thing she loves most: to step into the darkness of the DJ booth and play.
