That's one main reason why Psycho Thrill Cologne and Spyinthehouse will be down there now in the sinister basement of the MTC Cologne Club in the city's Zülpicher Quartier on September 21st on the occasion of Spyinthehouse's 10th anniversary. And that all together with Matter of Fact Vinyl / ODD/EVEN bossman Andre Kronert plus Roland Casper and Cls Bchr behind the famous wheels of steel. ❂ ✪ ❂ ✪ ❂ ✪ ❂ ✪ ❂ ✪ ❂ ✪ ❂ ✪ ❂ ✪ Brief bio of a DJ/Producer: André Kronert has been working on his underground-affine ODD EVEN techno label project for about nine years now and has continuously earned a great deal of respect and reputation both nationally and internationally beyond his hometown of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Kronert still understands that there is no reason to rest on one's fresh laurels. Especially if, like him, in addition to the 9-5 business at Decks.de, you have been running another hot potato in the vinyl manufacturing business since the beginning of 2022 with "A Matter Of Fact", which promises the highest quality among its peers. And then, right next to it, the circles logically close for the "10 YEARS OF ... " SpyInTheHouse finale. Back in the nineties, Kronert was a confessed fan on the dance floor in front of Claus Bachor and Roland Casper several times at the legendary Schwerin Tannery or the Rostock Osthafen and Mau Club. Knowing this, the result of Kronert's initial techno experiences can be seen and heard on his label when analog warmth meets raw energy in productions. It has been precisely this furious mixture that made it synonymous with powerful and high-octane club sound. Both as a DJ and as a producer. In his productions, he often performs a hypnotizing trip balancing act between two worlds. On the one hand, there is a driving brute energy and explosive power in ecstatic and repetitive sounds. On the other hand, his style is characterized by the subtle building up of delicate sound textures and the warmth of his analog beat synthesis. Finally and not without reason his productions were released on labels such as Figure, Mosaic UK, Stockholm Limited or his imprint ODD EVEN, to name just a few. Artists and key players such as Len Faki, Jonas Kopp, Efdemin, Ed Davenport, Pär Grindvik, Ron Albrecht, Pfirter, and many more complete the coherent overall picture of Kronert's "power of mission" as label contributors. Just recently, he started his vinyl-pressing-Plant MATTER OF FACT. As a full-service agency, M.O.F. the entire process of record production from mastering to GEMA registration, the creation of extraordinary prints and packaging to the finished product.
